As the CEO and Co-Founder of Navflex Inc, Chuck is driving the future of logistics with robotics, AI, and automation, while also fueling his passion for vehicles through Film Rides LLC and advancing LiDAR technology with Morpheus TEK Inc. Known for his hands-on leadership, ability to build powerful teams, and talent for creating opportunities, he is committed to inspiring greatness and delivering meaningful impact. Chuck has a B.Sc. Slava is a world leading roboticist with over 14 years in robotic products development, 8 years as Product Engineering Manager leading hardware and software R&D teams and has developed products ranging from autonomous drones, autonomous yachts, autonomous lawn mowers and autonomous material handling. Slava has a Bachelors of Autonomous Engineering, Magnitogorsk State Technical University, Masters of Autonomous Systems, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Masters of Science Autonomous Systems Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences (BRSU), and NanoDegree, Self-Driving Car Engineer, Udacity.
Yongping is a leading laser vision and robotics sensor scientist and technical manufacturing expert. He has 41 granted patents and personally founded 9 companies including OLEI LiDAR. Yongping has his PhD in Medical Laser Vision from East China Normal University, BSME RWTH from Aachen University, and Masters of Engineering from East China Normal University. He is a past MSE Professor at Drexel University and Medical Imaging Professor at Southeast University.
Pat leads day-to-day operations and scaling the business as it grows into a category-defining leader in AI-driven logistics. With 25+ years of experience growing technology businesses, he has led companies through critical inflection points across both startups and Fortune 100s. Most recently, as Chief Growth Officer at mobile app developer Sliide, he drove U.S. expansion, secured partnerships with all three major wireless carriers, and led AI-driven personalization initiatives. Previously, he led The Weather Channel’s Consumer Business, integrating IBM Watson’s AI to unlock new data products and revenue streams. Earlier, he helped scale Sprint’s wireless data division into a $5B business, driving major partnerships and product innovation. Pat holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kansas and an MBA in Finance & Management from Rockhurst University.
Mike brings 30+ years of successful sales and business leadership to the Navflex team. Mike has a proven track record of continuous and profitable sales growth throughout his career with innovative and fast paced companies including 3M, Newell Rubbermaid, and GOJO the makers of Purell. Mike graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University all while working a fulltime job and attending all classes at night. Mike has 2 teen daughters and when not watching his youngest play soccer or eldest perform with her band he enjoys surfing, paragliding, snow skiing, and mountain biking.
Douglas is a finance and investment professional with nearly two decades of experience in startup and early-stage investments, transactional M&A, and strategic negotiations. A FINRA-registered representative (Series 63 & 79), he specializes in deal execution, financial structuring, and capital strategy. As VP of Finance at Navflex Inc., he oversees corporate finance and venture capital initiatives. Previously, he was a VP at Now Capital Partners, consulting on M&A transactions, capital raises, and operational strategy, and worked at Palomar Ventures and Catalina Ventures, focusing on early-stage, high-technology investments. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology with a focus on Advanced Materials from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA in Business Strategy from Southern Methodist University.
Janeen is an Operations leader with over 20 years of experience in related fields. She has a proven track record of driving success through organization and efficiency in various roles. Janeen has an MBA with a focus in Technology and Innovation and a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Akron. Prior to joining Navflex, Janeen spent two decades at GOJO Industries, Inc., where she excelled in systems development, channel marketing, and sales operations. Janeen is based in Akron, OH and enjoys outdoor activities, landscaping, and spending time with friends and family.
Anthony is a Software Engineering Leader with 20+ years of experience in designing, developing, maintaining and supporting software solutions across multiple industries, and 10+ years leading cross-functional projects and teams. Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working at innovative companies such as Intel, Sphero, Unity and Outrider. He considers himself a lifelong learner, believes in, values, and evangelizes continuous improvement, and promotes a culture of innovation, learning, and experimentation. He has a Master’s in Information Management from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
Jon developed a deep passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) from a young age and has dedicated his career to applying this knowledge to tackle complex challenges. Before his current role, Jon gained valuable experience working in both the Chinese and the US tech sectors, where he contributed to the development of critical software for various projects, such as autopilot systems for passenger vehicles, autonomous cargo loading and unloading for port trucks, autonomous platoons, medical service robots, and agricultural robotics. With expertise in autonomous vehicles, control system design, optimization theory, navigation, perception, localization, software architecture, and algorithmic development, Jon brings a broad skill set to his work. He earned his bachelor's degree from Harvard and an MS/PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley.
